Should you be accepted, your organization is committing to participating in the year-long Shivyon Project, which consists of an institutional self-assessment, sending 2-4 staff members to the Opening Day of Learning and Closing Ceremony, completing an action plan, and participating in five ongoing coaching calls throughout the year.

Keshet: For LGBTQ+ Equality in Jewish Life (https://www.keshetonline.org/) is a national Jewish organization with a local presence in Texas. We are not affiliated with Keshet Houston (https://www.keshethouston.org/), a local LGBTQ+ Jewish organization. Both organizations are named for the Hebrew word Keshet, which means "rainbow," long a symbol of LGBTQ+ pride and resilience.
