Below is the application for the New York-Keshet Shivyon Cohort 2024. This cohort is open to synagogues located in the 5 Boroughs, Westchester, and Long Island.

Please fill out the information below, and we will review your application in the coming weeks. A member of Keshet’s Education & Training team will reach out to you to set up a brief phone call to learn more about your organization and enable you to ask any questions about the program. Should you be accepted, your organization is committing to participating in the year-long Shivyon Cohort which consists of an institutional self-assessment, sending 2-4 staff members to the kickoff summit and closing summit, completing an action plan, and participating in five ongoing coaching calls throughout the year. 

The Shivyon Cohort will kick off with an in-person summit on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 from 8:30am-4:00pm Eastern. The Day of Learning will be located in Manhattan, exact location will be sent closer to the date.

Thanks to the generous support of the UJA, this cohort is offered at the deeply subsidized rate of $180 per organization, inclusive of participation for 2-4 team members in a full year of learning and coaching.
